I have previously purchased from The Jewel Hut..... Never again.
I purchased 2 Murano Charms and only received one (this was in the sale around Christmas). Like others have stated it was nigh on impossible to get hold of Customer Services. When I did speak to someone it was if they had nothing to do with The Jewel Hut, the operative advised me she would speak to The Jewel Hut to arrange a refund??? Really, it thought the number I was ringing was for The Jewel Hut.
The refund didn't happen and in the end I claimed via Paypal.
I'm still waiting for my John Greed order to arrive which was placed nearly 2 weeks ago now. I've never had a problem with deliveries from them before. I have contacted them and have been advised it should be with me shortly. I hope so!!0
