I ordered something this morning from Jewel Hut as thought it was only this site and their payments had crashed. I rang this morning and said they are having problems with their payment systems. But saw John Greed and even Pandora's own website have the sale items so hope eveyone gets a bargain

If you live in Northern Ireland a company called w j sprouted who are doing a pandora sale but you have to go in the shop. I did look at the range online and its cheaper than the pandora online and has more variety xx

Just to let people know...the stores have different/more items than what the pandora website has. I suppose the outlets may have different too.

I also ordered from The Jewel Hut the day the sale started, got an email yesterday morning to say the item I ordered was OOS, and to contact them... Which I have been trying to do since yesterday! All I am getting is 'we are experiencing high levels of calls, leave your name and number' but their voicemail box is full!! :mad:

I tried for days to contact the jewel hut...they are shoddy to say the least. Go to their facebook page and leave a message reflecting their lack of CS there...they'll contact you!!

MSE I would ask that you consider not recommending this company again; they were very very poorly set up for the sale:

On the day the sale opened the high traffic volume crashed their site multiple times and pages were torturously slow to load.

It seems many people, like us were able to purchase and pay for items that had already gone out of stock requiring phonebacks for refunds.

From what I read many others, like us, also still have not received their ‘next day delivered’ items almost 2 weeks on and have had to be refunded on these too.

Their customer services have struggled to manage the number of enquires rarely being available on the phone and their mailbox system very often full.

I’m quite frustrated that as a very early visitor to the site on the day of the sale we didn’t receive a single item purchased having had to get three different refunds along the line!

…I feel for the poor staff managing this and I hope they got a bonus this month!

My OH bought me a charm in the sale from John Creed and we had no problems, came very quickly. I think I will look to use them in the future for online Pandora purchases...
