My friend has bought a Post Office Phonecard.
She rang Talk Talk to ask if they will charge a fee to use it and cannot get a straight answer.
Does anyone know the answer?

TT would only normally charge anything if you called the PO Card Access Number and it was not included in any inclusive minutes you friend might have with TT. If the the access number to call was a Freephone 0800/0808 one the call should be free via TT.0
