Hi
I had a lloyds tsb credit card around 10 - 11 years ago which i am sure i paid ppi on.
In around 2005-06 i paid of the credit card with a lloyds tsb loan.
I have recently tried to see if i could claim back the ppi on the credit card. But when i spoke to lloyds tbs i was told they had no record of the account or card number to be able to check.
However i have recently had a letter from lloyds tsb stating that the account in question did not have ppi on it.
How could they know this if they can't find a record of the account / card number?
Any idea's ?
