Hi,
I have some problems, Yesterday when I tried to access my emails I had a message to say someone is already accessing my account and a code will be sent to an secondary email address to verify. I quickly obtained the code and changed my password. When I logged into my email account I found a few junk messages was sent out showing a website address to other people within my contacts.
Today I received a few text messages provide me one time passcode to validate a transaction on my santander account. I logged into my internet banking and checked login history and their was no record someone has logged into my account today. Balance and transactions was all fine.
Any advice please?
Thanks
MS

I'd call Santander to find out about the OTP. It may be that your phone number is attached to someone else's account. But they should be able to search customers by mobile number, to find this out.
Re the email account, if it's a Gmail account you can set up two-factor authentication - it's a bit like a OTP.0
