Don't look up?

When choosing to eat out it pays not to look up!! I often wonder if caf!,restaurant or take-away owners ever stand outside their premises and take a good look at the outside? Normal now to see filthy undrawn curtains in the rooms above, dirty frontages or piles of rubbish in side alleys and doorway. I did try to get our local paper to take a few pix of the increasing number of offenders and piles of rubbish strewn roads but no up-take.I thought as a once leading holiday resort it might help to improve the towns image to visitors.Bournemouth was once a fairly clean town.

The cafe owner may only be renting their own premises ie shop and rooms behind. The upstairs may be owned or rented by somebody totally unconnected with the shop.0

Where's the problem? The takeaway doesn't prepare your meal in the road or in a dirty room in the flat above0
