Can anyone recommend a good quality laptop for work use, its Outlook and excel use generally but it can be multiple screens. The last machine was HP Compaq 6715 AMD. This is now proving unstable and slow.

Thinkpad or lenovo in general.
They don't tend to be pretty but they are reliable.I'm not cynical I'm realistic

Whichever - if its for work in an office then make sure that the screen is guaranteed as anti reflection.0

unstable and slow can usually be cured with a backup and factory restore.!!
