hsbc current account and tesco visa card vanished from experian

have been having a look at my experian report, and my hsbc current account and tesco visa card account have vanished, tesco has a balance of £1000 with £3600 limit ( all up todate) and hsbc current account has balance of £600 in it (no issues)
why would they just vanish? should i be worried?

Yes, call Experian and ask them to investigate. They may have your file mixed up with someone else's0
