Tiscali lost sent emails

Can't find this anywhere else on this forum (except for a response I made to someone else earlier today).
For Tiscali users, please be aware that any emails you have sent for the past week or so may not have been received. Your Outlook will say that the mail was sent but this will probably NOT have been received. Tiscali have not notified their customers directly and have put nothing on their website. Most people complaining have, like me, spent hours trying to work out what the problem has been.

Tiscali are the pits. The best advice anyone can give is find another ISP. Check out https://www.ispreview.co.uk where Tiscali is listed as having the most customer complaints.0

We know all about this it is an absolute disgrace. We thought really important emails had been sent and Tiscali just said " Oh yes we have a problem" when a friend rang to say that the email we had sent had not arrived. They could have at the very least sent out an email to warn us of the problems0
