Who do I contact regarding a potential PPI claim regarding a Burton store card opened in 1990 and closed sometime in the 1990s ? Presumably Santander ?

Yes, first complain to Santander, they will refuse your complaint, then you can go to the FOS who will give you details of the underwriter, then you complain to the underwriter.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
