More info requested for CTC renewal

Just a quickie - I sent in my renewal, have got my new award notice through telling me it will be £15 odd a month.
Anyway, I've now received a letter requesting more info for 2012/13 childcare payments. They asked for: invoices, receipts, start date and amount paid (but no 'and' 'or' so not entirely clear).
Now these all sound essentially the same to me so I've sent in a statement of account that I asked nursery to print out for me, shows all invoices and payments in.
I tried to call on the (disconnected) number that was on the letter, but to no avail so just popped it in the post with the cover letter thing.
What are the odds of that being enough? I didn't really think all invoices, plus all my bank statements showing payments out would be needed if they have a statement, or am I being naive?
I don't like the way the request comes with a penalty advice information sheet as I've always told them of any changes throughout the year

The bank statements could be used to check other things other than childcare - for example looking for a partner if you are claiming as a single person, higher earnings that are being declared etc....
What is the number on the letter? A couple of people had problems with phone numbers it will be helpful to everyone to know which one it is.

I'll have a look on the letter when I get home and put the number on here...it's just did a deadline sound when I called.
I thought that about the bank statements, but it means printing them all off individually and blanking out all private info (just in case they get lost in the post!) but also the letter says it's checking the childcare payments only.
I've filled in the income details from our P60s on the renewal.
To be honest, it doesn't really seem worth the hassle for £15 a month going forward. Not if I then have to do all this again next year.DFW challenge Debt-free by Dec 2016

I have had my compliance letter today.
It stated my tax award to 5th April 2013 they are checking.
They want any official contract showing date started providing care and all invoices or receipts showing actual payments or letters from nursery showing details.
Well I am assuming its just last financial year they want cause they have not said.
I have no contract and its tempory holiday care
I can provide invoices and receipts and bank payment proof.
It also says they will use the information they have to calculate my award if I don't reply by 7th July.
So what info do they have ? And is it just the same letter as yours ? Like a selected at random! And finally does it mean they want April to April invoices ?0 -

They would have already contacted your childcare and have been told the average weekly cost, therefore if you don't call they will go on what the nursery told them.
Good luck!Mortgage Feb 2015 £178,500 END 2043!!
MFW 2015 £100 /£1000
Watch this space, my MF end date will tumble!!0
