Please Help! Problem With Goods Collection

Just to update a little on this.
Aria have stated that they will not do anything about this. Horrible company to deal with. If you order from them good luck with any issues!
DPD have been more helpful however the driver has stated to them that he never picked up my packages which makes me sick to the stomach.
DPD actually said that they were going to send the driver to my house with a manager to discuss. Not the best idea to have someone in your house lying in front of you - id probably lose my cool. Needless to say I said that I would not do this.
If I don't get a refund or my items back (DPD can't find them - THE DRIVER HAS THEM), would this become a criminal matter?
Just wondered how I would inform the police. Are companies obliged to provide details of their staff ?0 -
As unholyangel asks, did anyone else see the driver leaving with a package?0

Sorry,
Just noticed I hadn't said so before.
An elderly gent next door saw the collection. He was sat unassumingly in his front garden and saw it all. I didn't see him on the day and I'm guessing the driver didn't either. Only by asking the whole street did I find out. He's willing to fill out a witness statement if necessary. I live on a very small street of about 10 semi detached houses.
Even told this to DPD and Aria and nothing so far.0 -
How did you pay for the item? Some credit cards have purchase protection on them I think that should cover it in these situations?

Report it to police and get crime/theft reference number incase if you could claim and your credit card declines because it was never reported to police.
if your not camera shy contact Daily Mail they will love a news like this!0 -
