Car Finance PPI Reclaim

Hi all and thanks in advance for any replies.
So my situation is this. I took out a car loan in Sept 2005 with GE Capital Woodchester through a car dealership which used One Stop Shop Finance ltd as the broker. I had PPI on the loan as I was told that the loan wouldn't be approved if I didn't take insurance to cover my income. However I have lost the documents, One Stop Shop Finance ltd has been dissolved, I can't discover anything about the dealership and think it has also closed down and GE Capital Woodchester has been bought by Santander and their records don't go back far enough to see the records. All I have to go on now is the car registration number and the agreement number on the policy.
I have run out of ideas here and wondered if I have anywhere else left to go with this or not
Thanks

If the car dealership has dissolved and as it was sold fater January 2005, you now go to the FSCS, who will investigate.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
