DFS Sofa Problems

I purchased 2 Leather sofas from DFS late last year. Paid in full on arrival.
3 months in and one of the sofas leather showed signs of distress/splitting so I called them up and they sent someone to look at them. When he arrived he advised it was not the leather but the Paint?!? Peeling and re painted the section there and then.
A few months later and it's happening again in the same place and other parts. Called them back and he's now ordered new leather for it but has suggested it will look like new however my other sofa obviously will not (no problems with that one)
Is this my only options? Do I have to accept it? I'm not sure what I would be happy with to be honest but don't feel comfortable with this option if I'm going to have these two sofas looking different!?
