Sorry might be a daft question but 60 miles each way to nearest ss tills so must plan lists carefully.
Daughter need foundation. I presume I can buy one foundation along with one glitchy product and use both glossys and till spits.
Thinking of No 7 intelligent colour at £15.95 along with Bronzing pearls at £9.95 minus 50%
    15.95
    04.50 = 19.95 minus £16 vouchers= cost £3.95

Am I along the right lines that on bogohp make up just need one glitchy to one full price so can use both vouchers.

Hoping to hit Bluewater and Maidstone later in the week.
Does anyone know if there are more than one set of ss tills in Bluewater please.

Hi all - I have spent ages trying to understand this but am still a bit clueless, probably because I only have the glossy £5 and £3 and nothing else! I'm not sure what I can and can't get!! What I would ideally like are 2 of the glitchy products mentioned in post 45 (the BB cream and the mosiaic bronzer) and I don't really mind what else - prob a nail varnish or whatever else works out at a bargain. I would ideally like a freebie (or as close to it) as everyone else seems to be managing!! :T

    My questions are:

    1) How much do I need to spend to get the SS till spit and how much is the SS till spit worth - is it crucial to my purchase?
    2) If I don't get an SS till spit and just go through the normal checkout with my glossies, what will I be paying for the BB cream, mosaic bronzer and a nail varnish?
    3) I've never used a SS till before, does it just work like Tesco SS tills - ie. scan all your items then scan your vouchers then pay?

Sorry if I'm being a bit daft - I just want to get it right in my mind before going into store and embarrasing myself!!

I found this link which shows both coupons that are referred to in this thread as I'm not sure which coupon(s) you have.

The one on the left of the picture is the glossy which needs to be split in 2 if you want to get both discounts at a SS till (or at a manned till with a willing SA) and the one on the right is a tillspit which you don't need to split.

you can try just buying a pack of gum, or a bottle of water or something, and go through the ss tills to pay for it. There may be No7 tillspits just laying around the ss till area (lots of people don't take them, as they are separate from their receipts). If you can't womble a ss tillspit, you need to spend at least £4 in one transaction to get a ss tillspit. The tillspit is worth an additional £8 off your glitchy shop.

    2) If I don't get an SS till spit and just go through the normal checkout with my glossies, what will I be paying for the BB cream, mosaic bronzer and a nail varnish?

that won't work as nail varnish is make-up, not skincare, so you won't get the 342 to work.

    3) I've never used a SS till before, does it just work like Tesco SS tills - ie. scan all your items then scan your vouchers then pay?

    yes

do you prefer make-up or skincare from No7? If you want the £16 off with both sets of vouchers and the 342 on No7, your 2 most expensive items need to be glitchy ones from post 45, and your cheapest item needs to be No7 skincare, not make-up.

A normal checkout may only allow you to use the £5 half of your glossy so really better to try to use a SS till.

Your example would work as follows.
    BB cream is 12.95
Bronzer is 11.50 this would be 1/2 price = 5.75
not sure how much nail varnish is but (assuming it is less than bronzer) it would be full price if buying 3 items.
Then deduct £8 from total making £10.70 + full cost of nail polish.

Better to buy those same 3 items and another bronzer/tinted moisturiser/bronzing pearls. You would do better as the bronzer/tinted moisturiser/bronzing pearls would be free on 3 for 2 and the nail polish 1/2 price on BOGOHP in addition to the 1/2 price bronzer then less £8 so you would pay less overall - £10.70 + 1/2 cost of nail polish.

A tillspit in addition to the glossy would reduce the £10.70 to £2.70 in both the examples.
