Wowcher RIP OFF!

Ive always been skeptical about "deals" through groupon, wowcher etc, but sometimes there are some good ones to be had,
We are off to Florida in November and are needing car hire so when i saw the Wowcher deal for a car hire voucher for £38 worth £120, i figured that even if they hiked the price up a little, it would probably still save me a few quid.
WRONG
Quidco have 13% cashback for affordable car hire at the moment. The car i want to hire is advertised on the site as £302 for 14 days. Click on the link through the wowcher voucher and the same car is advertised at £317 AFTER discount!!!
So actually, this has cost me an EXTRA £55 with the cost of the voucher!
Needless to say i am extremely pleased i looked at it today and i have claimed my refund!
