Groupon - BBC Good Food Show - Let Down

I purchsed 2 tickets for the Good Food Show via a Groupon deal advertised last month. I was really pleased with my deal. However, on 31 May Groupon Support sent an email outlining an update. The content of this email basically said the deal was for Afternoon entry. This was NOT what was advertised on the original deal when I purchased the tickets.
I emailed Groupon on 6 June stating I had purchased these tickets in good faith in that they were for full day entry. I requested that should I not be allowed to have entrance for the full day then I would like a refund. The link now to their advert fo this deal clearly says Afternoon Entry.
Groupon have a 24 hour response rate to reply to their queries. On 7 June I received an automated response saying they had a high volume of queries and response would be outside their normal timescale. Fair enough.
Yesterday, 11 June I emailed again as still no response.
Today, still no response so I have telephoned Groupon and spoken to somene who said they would refer the query and I would receive a response within 3-5 days. This will take it beyond the date for what the vouchers are to be used on.
I was asked if I had a copy of the original advert....no I haven't
I've used Groupon several times and never had any problems so have never felt the need to do this as a guarantee to what I am purchasing.
Is there anything I can do?
It's roughly £23 I shall be out of pocket should I not get a refund but it's the principal of the matter. 1 - I was really looking forward to going but can't just go for the afternoon due to the time I will get home due to the travel time to the NEC and childcare and 2 - they've changed the deal
