So we booked a deal for B&B and the trader has now ceased trading. Contacted Kdg and explained, they quickly refunded the total amount paid. Very pleased as I have heard of people having problems with this sort of thing.

Good news.
I have just been promised a refund from KGB for a bolier service that never materialised. HOWEVER, the boiler service company refused to make an appointment because they said they had not been paid by KGB for work already done for voucher holders. I can understand their frustration.
If a company is known as a slow or bad payer to businesses, particularly small businesses, then that is bad commercial practice and one I will not support.
Given recent experience, I will no longer be using KGB.0
