It's only Wednesday... are they having to shop around to find a solicitor? No doubt everything will be done by snail mail, they'll have informed their EA, the EA will pass the details on, their solicitors will write to yours, they'll write back... If you're worrying after 3 days, I dread to think how you'll be in three months' time when you're trying to complete ;)

    Good luck,

early days still. Things will probably start trickling through next week and that'll probably be a confirmation from the EA that the offer has been accepted.

As hazyjo said, what are you going to be like in 3 months :D

    Hi , thanks

the only thing is it`s the same EA as sold our house , he told us he is chasing for details as cant send the memorandum out until he gets them , apparently , even though the vendors said they are relocating and would go into rented to help keep things on track , the solicitors will be provided though their mortgage provider

dont worry, sounds like our EA.....we accepted offer on our house on the Sat and the following Mon the EA was on the phone chasing us for solicitor details - we hadn't even appointed one

however we're a month down the line and things seem to be progressingly smoothly
