Hi all

You may have seen the stories in The Times newspaper over the past few days about PPI complaint handling at Lloyds.

http://www.thetimes.co.uk/tto/news/uk/article3787876.ece (there's a paywall to view the full story online).

The Sunday Times are looking to speak to someone - ideally today - about their complaint.

If you've five minutes to talk to them please email us at casestudy@moneysavingexpert.com with a few details about your complaint and the best telephone number to reach you on.

Thanks all :)
