    Hopefully they'll include the right to resell. Notably absent from digital items.

    Sounds very old fashioned - what about digital goods that are not tangible?

    tangible:

    Adjective = Perceptible by touch.
    Noun = A thing that is perceptible by touch.
    Synonyms = palpable - concrete - touchable - real - tactile

    How dare Jo Swinson spout this guff about consumer rights and "putting all the key rights in one place" and the "standards you should expect when you buy things, and what you're entitled to if those standards aren't met" when she has just trashed the standards and history of her own party by voting out a measure that would have set carbon emissions limits.

    When will we see a standards commission holding MPs to their election promises?

    These new laws were being prepared before JS even got her current job - she has about a s much to do with these new laws as I do.

    The new rules stem from the 2011 European Directive on Consumer Rights.

    Work on that started way back in 2008.
