    Sounds very old fashioned - what about digital goods that are not tangible?

    tangible:

    Adjective = Perceptible by touch.
    Noun = A thing that is perceptible by touch.
    Synonyms = palpable - concrete - touchable - real - tactile
  • How dare Jo Swinson spout this guff about consumer rights and "putting all the key rights in one place" and the "standards you should expect when you buy things, and what you're entitled to if those standards aren't met" when she has just trashed the standards and history of her own party by voting out a measure that would have set carbon emissions limits.

    When will we see a standards commission holding MPs to their election promises?

  • The new rules stem from the 2011 European Directive on Consumer Rights.
