Holiday for 2 Competition Terms & Conditions - June & July 2013

1. Open to UK residents, aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Atlantic Holidays, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the organisation.
2. No Purchase Necessary.
3. To Enter: submit a fully completed entry form for the selected prize draw by midnight on the 31th July 2013.
4. There is a maximum of one entry per person, however entrant may recommend family members & friends within the same household.
5. The Prize(s): Includes 7 nights half board accommodation at the Pestana, Casino Park Hotel in Funchal, Madeira. Return flights and transfers are included in the prize. Flights are from one of these UK airports London Gatwick, Birmingham, Newcastle, Glasgow, East Midlands, Manchester, Leeds Bradford, Cardiff, Norwich. Flights leave on a Monday and return on Monday. The prize must be taken before the 30th September 2013. Flights subject to availability. The prize excludes Island excursions, holiday insurance, spending money and travel to and from the UK airport.
6. Please allow 7 days to be notified if you are the winner.
7. No bulk, third party, commercial or automated entries permitted or those submitted via macros or similar. The Promoter may disallow entries, refuse to award any prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these terms and conditions.
8. No cash or other alternative prize to be given if for any reason the winner cannot accept the original prize. In this case the prize will be offered out to another entrant from the competition.
9. If the original prize is not available at time of booking due to un-foreseen circumstances, Atlantic Holidays reserves the right to provide a similar prize or a prize of equal or greater value.
10. Winners will be selected from all valid entries in a random draw to be conducted within 7 working days of the closing date by the Marketing Department of Atlantic Holidays.
11. Winners will be notified by phone, e-mail or post within 7 days of the draw date and entrants who are not contactable within 14 days after reasonable means, shall be disqualified, lose their entitlement to the prize. Unclaimed prizes will be offered to another entrant from the original competition list.
12. By entering entrants agreed to participate reasonable publicity in the event that they are a winner. This may include use of their name and image in online publicity, in emails, and through any other print or social media;. If you don’t agree with this we recommend that you do not enter into the draw.
13. Entrants agree that by entering a prize draw their personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the prize draw and for the marketing and sending of other special offers. Entrant’s information won't be passed to any third parties.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend / terminate any prize draw at any time if it has reasonable grounds for doing so, which may include without limitation a prize draw (or the website on which it is presented) being subject to, or affected by, any denial-of service (DOS) attacks, bugs, viruses or any other technologically harmful material or act of hacking by a third party, or in the event of any wilful attempt to breach these terms and conditions.

Normally I don't go for holiday competitions because you have to buy the flights or accommodation or a time share!!!
