A newbie just wanting to say thanks for saving us so much money! Staggered to find, after following your instructions, that we'd been paying too much Council Tax all this time. We have had a very happy outcome and it's scary to think we could have been overpaying for years to come! Now I shall been looking for other tips on this website. Many, many thanks. :T
