what new printer ? please.

Hi Guys
I amk now about to get a new printer.I need it for my business and will print about a dozen letters a day.I only require black and white and guess laser is best ? Can you please suggest a model and the cheapest toners for the replacement.

    for low quantities you can get away witht he low end range of printers, by low end I mean cheap but not nasty. I would go for one of the HP laserjet 1018 (less than £60), 1020 or 1022. they are all really compact but their performance is rapid with the first page out in about 11-12 seconds (HP claim 10 seconds) but the 12 pages per minute is very acurate once the 1st page is out. The toners are about £35 each for 2000 pages which isnt too bad.

    There are proberbly cheaper laser printers aout there by samsung or brother but I have used the HP's in the past and customers love them as personal printers or shared between 2 users they are great.
