Please could someone help us we are currently renting out our property and we was using an agency to sort out our rent etc but things have taken a turn for the worst as we think the person who owns the agency has done a fast one on us we managed to get our rent but what's happened it was a shared rent by two friends well one has paid the other one to move out but the agency has not informed the dps so the name on the contract is still in other person name.is there anything we can do to help the tenants get back there deposit

You need to word your post better, one very long sentence is hard to read.
Are you the landlord?
Has the tenant contacted the dps?0 -
What type of tenancy?
Start date? End?Periodic?
Is the tenancy ongoing?
Deposit taken? When? By who? Registered? When?
How many tenants? "Joint & Several"?
Who moved out? When?
What do you mean by 'done a fast one'?
What is your contract with the agent? To do what? What have they done? Not done?0
