Had my questionnaire from Lloyds about 2 months ago, completed it and sent it back. Had a conversation on the phone with someone about 3 weeks ago but heard nothing since. To be honest, I was getting a bit antsy that I wasn't going to get anything particularly after hearing about the problems reported today (I'd only put the questionnaire in as a bit of a punt so I probably woulsn't have appealed if they turned me down). I just checked me Lloyds account, however, and have received £1076!!!!!!!!!!
I haven't been home yet so haven't been able to check if I have a letter explaining how they calculated it but my loans were for £1000, £2000 and £4000 respectively so I was only expecting about £200 back if I was successful. Woohoo, go me.

Good luck.
I still haven't actually received information from Lloyds regarding my complaint just a deposit in my Lloyds bank account named 'Lloyds PPI Refund'. I'm sure the letter will turn up in due course.
