How i chose my estate agents

Hi folks just a little tip that i found helped me in selling of my house that i used on 2 occasions in both cases my house was not on the market but we had seen the house we wanted we knew the agents were of good standing so what i did was to put our house on the market with them explaining that we would be taking it off the market if the house we wanted sold so in effect they knew that buy selling our house they sold 2 houses on 1 occasion one of the agents even had us as a main feature in the newspaper now this may not work or suit everyone but it worked for us and its worth a thought
