I have sent last week about 5 PPI claims to:
HSBC LOAN , EGG LOAN, MBNA CARDS ( which i have a reference) ,BAA WORLD VISA (BOS) (which i have a reference), HALIFAX CARDS.
I have filled the forms and sent it 1st class recorded.
Do you know how long will be before i will receive an answer?
Do i need to contact FSO after certain period if i will not receive notification ?
