Thanks for all the replies. We will have a couple of largish suitcases & 3 smallish ones. In fact I need to buy new suitcases, but won't be getting anything too big because of the weight restrictions on flights. Obviously the biggest issue is getting from the airport to the campsite, approx 1.5 hrs, I did not really want to hire a huge car for the 2 weeks, so hopefully what we get will do. I think if the cases are visible this won't matter, so long as they fit in. Are the back seats in the Scenic fixed? Or can they be moved forward?

I booked through Holidayautos, as they seemed to have good feedback on this forum. When searching I found a few different quotes for the same vehicle from holidayautos. I used this one found on this forum as it was the cheapest: http://www.holidayautos.co.uk/cgi-bin/liveweb.sh/carlist.w?ctryref=GBR&lang=EN&aff=xpolice

Hey :D Just moving the thread across to the Motoring board

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. • Hi,

the seats in the back of a scenic can be rolled forward - just depends how much leg room the back seat passengers need!

Might be worth going to a garage forecourt for a nosey?

Happy hols when it arrives :o
