Vinci Car Park Adam Street Cardiff

This might be useful to anyone thats received a lovely infringement notice from Vinci Parking in Cardiff.
Parked a minibus on the Adam Road Carpark after checking there were no signs prohibiting it and seeing several long wheel based vehicles on Google Earth. Purchased a 24Hr ticket and displayed it on the dashboard as requested.
Returned to check the bus one hour later and low and behold a parking infringemnet notification stating that I had not displayed a ticket. eventually got through to someone who told me that it was because I was parked using two bays, so straight away I realised the ticket was void due to the listed reason and the fact that the actual carpark was almost empty:). Usual crap, £100 to be paid or £50 in 14 days.
I took photos of all signs in and around the carpark for evidence and of the size of my Minibus to ensure there were no hidden notices. Basically there were no instructions saying that I couldnt park there and there were no instructions that you needed to purchase two tickets if you were over hanging a second bay. Also took photos of an NCP sign over the road where they clearly state what is allowed to park there and where.
The killer punch was when I noticed that on my ticket the locations was stated clearly as "Adams" Road where in fact all the signs on the car park state "Adam" Road. So if anyone has been ticketed there, check your ticket and if it says ADAMS road you can request a refund if youve already paid or send them an E mail with all the evidence I gathered and tell them to jog on.
Also may have helped that I threatened to invice them for my wasted time and threatened them with POPLA as well as including the Chief Executive of Vinci Park UK on all Emails. Cardiff Council and the local media were also informed about this silly mistake by Vinci and seemed very interested.
In short the ticked has now been withdrawn with out even an apology but it feels so good and dont care if they realise whos actually writing this just good to get one over on these scammers.
