Cheap EPC for domestic property

Hi I live in Romford and need to obtain an EPC as I am renting my flat out. What is the cheapest please???

Google it or ask local agents for a contact- you should get one under 50 quid (dunno how they do it for the money given that it costs a few quid to drive anywhere!)0

Why should they point the OP at a cheap one and do themselves out of the business?
