Hi!
Just looking for advise as experian have breached data protection on my credit file by miss matching mine and my mums data. I am aware this is against the law and they are looking into to it but does anyone know we're we stand now.

Wait for them to resolve it? You may have a better chance seen as it experian and not equifax.0
