Cashback after switching supplier

I changed suppliers of both gas and electricity - one using energyhelpline.com/cashback and the other using saveonyourbills.co.uk/cashback.
Over two months since I changed, I have not received any cashback and have not received a reply to an e-mails I've sent.
Has anyone else used these services? How long did it take for the cashback to appear?
