Yeah but witht he prepay they wouldn't know, and you could replace before you move it cost £50 to put it back to credit meter.

And check that link out see if you can get free boiler and or insulation.

If its a poorly performing boiler in a rented propertty, can the landlord contribute to the high bill? is there a gas/boiler safety certificate? does the landlord service it every year?
