    I'm confused...

Is it your wedding or are you a guest?

How many of you need to travel?

What time do you need to be there and how will you be getting back?

ETA - as the OP has not been back to MSE since 11th... don't waste your time as I don't think they're interested in our views!

It's an Asian wedding so it's traditional for grooms family travel up with groom and as its far that means a coach.

Either way seems pointless getting car from London and just as pointless getting one in Leeds as all the ones I found online charge ridiculous money. I rather spend that money on something different and memorable so I've just been looking into horse and carriage.

Anyway thanks for your points of views.

Er why not just take the train up there or drive up, stay in hotel then rent whatever you want on the wedding day?

    What, no elephant?

I am now seriously confused. If it's the groom's family, then that does make using a coach more practical, and you could even do that for the bride and family if she's wearing Indian traditional dress rather than the white meringue so beloved of some, but ...

if you need a coach, what use is a Bentley?

It sounds like the bride is from Bradford (she should be grateful to get rescued!).

The groom usually gets a fancy car, his relatives following in a hired coach.

I can't really help OP as I dont know.

What sort of transport were you looking for when you got to Bradford? If it's a limo have you tried Oasis, or Star? they're usually the cheapest and do stretched most things. we hired a stretched Q7 for my husbands birthday from one of those. Either that, or there are loads of hire places for classic cars etc around here, just need to do a bit of digging.

And as for those derogatory hints about Bradford, we've seen and heard it all before. If it was all that bad you may want to question why there are outstanding area of beauty, why people flock to some of the smaller towns belonging to Bradford and how the Brontes could write reams and reams of novels on mesmerising scenery. We don't all live in the pit in the centre. Haworth (IE Bronte Country)? Skipton (gateway to the Dales)? Settle? All have BD postcodes ie belong in the Bradford boundaries, I should know my Gradfather postcoded all BD areas. Rant over!

Are you looking at Leeds companies too? As most Leeds companies will work in BD or HX postcodes. I organised my best friends hen party via a Leeds company and x2 Limos. They cost £150 ffrom 6pm through to 2am each and that was to take us from Bradford to Leeds and wait for us outside every venue then pick us up and take us back home again.

Where abouts is it in Bradford you're getting married? Perhaps your venue could help? Failing that, the T and A do a paper once a month called the Asian eye, maybe they have ads? Failing that, there is an Asian wedding fair put on by the T and A too a couple of times a year, I've seen it advertised at Odsal, maybe they have ads on their website if they dont have an up and coming show? (I don't work for the T and A by the way, I used to, but have no allegences now with it).

    Hi

I need help and suggestions, looking for a wedding car from London to Bradford. I looked at taking a car and then getting a more flashy car in local area but they seem to charge just as much.

My friend has got me a deal for a Bentley from London to Leeds for £900 or RR for £1,300. This is by far best quote.

Has anyone got any suggestions of companies?

I tried looking at a company local in Bradford for the day yet cost is just as high.

Whatever you book, don't book it with Limo Broker.

This company let my friend down two days before her wedding. she had booked a pink limo 11 months before but they told her it was broken down one day before her wedding.

She then checked with the company they subcontracted to and the driver assured her his limo was not broken down and very much in use.

She believe Limo Brokers either double booked or let her down out of spite. She complained to them and threatened legal action.

Their customer service is a joke, they are rude, nasty and uncaring. Nobody should be treated like this.

Limo Broker story has been revealed on BBC Watchdog last month.
