hi,we,ve just booked a week in dassia,corfu.never been so was wondering if anyone here has been and could give us some tips on where to eat or wheres best for entertainment.thanks in advance.

Hi went to Dassia back in 2004, but have been back to Corfu since and called at Dassia again for the day. Its fairly small but we had a fantastic holiday there, here are my suggestions:
Best bar: Down on the beach, i can't remember the name (sorry) but it has nice loungers outside it, if you head down to the beach and then walk to your left i think its almost the last bar you come to.

Best restaraunt: They are all good, you can't go wrong.
Things to do, there is a cycle hire shop in Dassia, we hired bikes for a couple of days and headed over to corfu town and Paleokastritsa for the day
Also we hired a boat for a couple of hours which was also great fun.

We did a night trip to corfu town by boat too, well worth doing, corfu town is lovely at night and again lots of lovely places to eat and shop.

I'm so jealous!!
