Settee seating

In January , we bought a corner settee with chair off the catalogue now 6 months later the seats are flat and mis shaped. We contacted the catalogue who said they will send a chap round from home serve, but if he can't find anything wrong , they will charge us £45. Well, he came round last week, cocky chap, saying anybody can tell that if buying a synthetic seating, even if you sat on it in shop , will no that seating will go flat, even after plumping up, will make no difference. So no we are left after 6 months with a settee that seating is all flat and mis shaped

He does have a point. How misshapen is it? Any pics?

No pics, I would never think , if in shop, he said synthetic, would last 6 months and go mis shaped and flat.

I would expect it to go flat, but not overly misshapen. Can you take some pictures? It is difficult to judge whether this is settling or an actual fault on description alone.

How much did the settee cost? A cheap one designed for occasional use might be expected to be of poorer quality, but if it cost a reasonable amount, you'd reasonably expect a certain standard.

Cost over a grand, so not cheap. Will try take pics, but using iPad so may not work

The backs have gone bait to, but more so the seats
