Ive cooked and then refrozen them hundreds of times! only my OH likes them and we can only get the packs of four or six here. OH is still alive and never even had a wobbly tummy after eating the refrozen ones. just make sure you reheat until piping hot!0

Some frozen things will crack into two if you put them in a carrier bag and smash them into the side of the worktop or the doorstep hard enough.

Gosh I would never re-freeze them.
I love them but recently I have found they don't taste like they use too.
