Parking eye win this one

After approaching bristol city council with ref to pe infesting a local retail park they have confirmed today that no planning permission is required for the bollards and anpr cameras that have sprung up , they also confirmed nothing was put in place at the beginning for free parking as this was down to the landowners discretion. Best start distributing the pepipoo flyers I have printed off.

How about them paying the correct business rates from a free car park to one infested with a parking company? They are making money on a car park, the skint councils will want their cut

It's going to be the retail park or retailer car park, there is a link somewhere that you can check the business rates used, someone will post it up
