    Sorry, that was a bit misleading, the last paragraph was directed at the o/p.

    FWIW with Lloyds, ALWAYS make sure if you have an account (or used to have an account) with them, that this address is up to date, as if you get refunded by cheque, it is this address that will likely be used.
