Halifax - Online Banking issue

It seems my online banking from Halifax is not updating the transactions.

My available balance is changing but there are no visible transactions appearing on screen when I log in either via mobile or using chrome/iexplorer. Anyone else having any issues?

I know balance has changed as yesterday morning it said £214 and then my girlfriend paid in £10 and my balance was then £224, today I have had my car insurance direct debit come out and the balance says £174 but still no transactions appearing.

Weird

Just got off the phone to Halifax. Known issue apparently where if you reach 99 statements or something the system will stop updating. They have to send you a paper statement and then the system resets itself. very weird and never experienced it before. For anyone else who might have this problem just call them up.

Yes this has been reported on the forum before where if you reach 99 statements on HBOS or Lloyds TSB accounts it doesn't update unless they send you out a paper statement.
Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both.

Surely it isn't rocket science for them to automatically send out a statement every, say, 90 transactions?

I don't doubt that they know what the solution is.

Actually getting the ancient systems of the bank to do such a thing can be a tad more complex.

It might even need a change in T&Cs for all those signed up to paperless banking.
