Had 4 calls to dwp recently and have always had polite friendliness from them. I always use their name in the conversation and thank them for their help.
So no, not a new tactic I'd say."Sometimes letting things go is an act of far greater power than defending or hanging on.”0 -
Respect is rarely one way.Tomorrow is the most important thing in life0

Never had a problem, very polite.0

Maybe it is because of your rudeness and attitude problem.0

I have found that 90% of the people I have spoken to are helpful and polite. But like the others always the odd rude individual. I find that by being extra nice it just makes them sounds more idioticIts all mind over matter. I don't mind and you don't matter:rotfl:0

I've never had a problem with the manners or attitude of DWP staff. Mind you, I am always polite myself, and you reap what you sow. OP, have you considered that maybe your own attitude leaves a lot to be desired?0
