Hiya all i have just gone to turn the sound on tv down using my sky control but it is not working i can still change the channel.
any idea on how to sort this?

hi,
we have the same problem.
happened when the batteries were taken out of the controller for too long.
i am told that sky will get you a new remote but charge you £30 for the privellage.The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits0 -

Erm why not just get the manual out and go through the programming of the remote to your TV again?0
