Change of Bank Details for DLA

I receive DLA which currently goes into my mum's bank account and she then withdraws it and gives it to me. She hasn't been to well lately and finds it difficult to get out now so can't always withdraw the money on a weekly basis. How do I go about changing the bank account which this payment is made in to, so I can have it paid into my account instead?

Contact them on the telephone number on your latest letter from them. They will tell you how to chane it.

Phone disability unit on 08457123456 and they will ask you the new bank account sort code a/c number. It is best to do this just after you have been paid to give them time to set up new account details.

Im currently in the same spot here with my partner had an appointee which was her mum but as she is now over 21 her mum has canceled this (dont ask why its taken so long as i havent got a clue either) so we had a letter from dla asking which account would my partner like her dla put into and we've decided my account as i have online banking and would be easier to check when we have been paid. anyway to the point how long does this normally take as my partner was meant to have been paid today but havent been paid in her account and ive checked my account and theres no payment from dla there either.
