Anglian windows product missold by unlawful means

We were told the same thing. When we signed we were told that we were signing to say that this is the amount quoted and the style and the quantity of windows for that price.

Then a few days later the salesman telephoned and asked us to agree to a survey, we told his that we had no intension of doing the work in the near future. We were told that we could differ the work and that they will only do the work if we agreed to it.

All the way though the proceedings were were left with the impression that we could cancel the work and that we were not committed to go ahead with the installation since we had not given a date for the installation.

We very foolishly trusted the salesman and was totally conned. We are now in in desperate trouble where to go from here only god knows.

How did you get on, were you sucessful?

Forgot to mention that we also paid £50 were we told that is to secure theprice in case we decided to go ahead with the work.

In my last house I have had windows fitted withAnglian and they had been fantastic and because of that I trusted them. Thesalesman used this and fraudulently got me to sign the contracts. I also wantknow it possible for me to take legal proceedings so please come back to me.
