Ordered from a french site - is it genuine?

I've placed an order on my nephew's behalf from https://www.attitudesk8.com. I placed the order but because it hasn't been despatched I wanted to check that the item is in stock. I've tried to call their CS department but it's an answerphone and it's all in French. Is there any way of finding out if the site is genuine? Thanks

Never used this site before I'm afraid Shame, I was hoping I could help you (live in France and speak French). Have you tried the 'contact us' button on the site next to their phone number? You could send them an email then and the chances are that someone there will be able to cobble a reply together in English. If you scroll down it appears that they also offer customer service via Skype, so that could be a way forward as well. It also appears that the phone number is only open at certain times (9-12 and 2-6 French time, Monday-Friday) - when did you try to call them? They're apparently located in a wealthy area of Paris, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything.

Thanks for all the information. I tried the Skype number but it dropped out straightaway. I've sent an email so fingers crossed I get a reply!

Heh heh I see 'sk8' is being pronounced 'sk-ate' not 'sk-huit' ;-)

At first I read it as Attitu Desk 8.

Was wondering what attitu was, and why they needed so many desks for it
