Late night check in Milan

Hi Guys, I need some advice!
I am off to Italy, I have found a convenient flight from Newcastle to milan with ryan air. Unfortunately after I had got a bus I would be in milan for about 1am. Would it be ok to check in at this time?

Thanks for the replies. I wont be staying in milan for long, it is just a stopover. Has anyone taken this late night flight before. Ever had any trouble with the buses?
