I have just checked my credit score on Noddle and my current account and credit card with HSBC are not shown, I also checked it on Experian last year and they didn't show on there either, any ideas why?

Is the address on the accounts the same as the one you are using on noddle?
How long have you had the hsbc accounts open?
Are these current active accounts that have never been defaulted?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
The address is the same, I've lived here for 14 years, they are both active accounts credit card all up to date, current account held for 20+ years and credit card approx. 15 years.0

Presume the current account has an overdraft facility? if not then it would not appear.
If so then with such an old current account they may well not have your permission to report to the credit reference agencies - banks did not routinely used to obtain permission for current accounts.
The credit card does seem odd.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Yes it does have an overdraft facility although I haven't used it for a while.0

My Lloyds account (With No Overdraft) was showing on Noodle until this weekend were it has now gone.
I thaught it was something to do with the change to TSB Bank as my branch is included in the sale but maby not as this is the second post today of a missing bank account on Noodle

Reporting to the CRAs on all current accounts is only fairly recent. Since 2004/5 or something like that. Some old accounts never did include consent to report data to the CRAs, so do not. Is a rarity now though.
Saying that, my old HSBC account that was similar age to angel74's used to show, so odd that this one does not.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

One thing to check is the address history that you gave when ordering the reports?
Does it cover the last 6 years? If so, then maybe give an extra address beyond that if there is another one. I had accounts fail to show up that only did so when I provided a previous address outside the 6 years, despite the accounts having been held while at the more recent ones.
Do the previous addresses you gave match exactly those the creditors had on file? Even small differences in address format can cause debts to not be linked into your file and appear not to show.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Yes, I've been at my current address for 14+ years and my HSBC accounts are all under this address.0

In that case, barring some other error stopping them showing, they may just have never had consent to share the account data or HSBC just do not share by policy on those accounts. It does happen sometimes.
You could ask HSBC, although I wouldn't guarantee an illuminating answer if past experience with them is anything to go by,Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
