£30 cashback after switching with MSE cheap energy club
Hi
I switched my gas and elctricity on 15 March using MSE cheap energy club and it said that £30 cash would be paid direct to my account in up to 12 weeks.
I haven't received the cashback yet and was just wondering if anyone else had to wait longer than the 12 weeks detailed in the confirmation email.
Thanks
Paul

PaulI haven't received my cashback - what should I do?
If you move to a supplier that we can switch you to, £15 cashback is paid for a single fuel switch, £30 if you switch both fuels. Cashback is paid into your bank account around three months after switching. It will appear as "Utilities Cashback". You can get cashback once every 12 months, per household.
If you've not received your cashback and it's been at least three months since you switched, please email energyclub@moneysavingexpert.com and we'll chase it for you.
Sometimes there are special deals where you can get even more cashback. Usually with these deals, the supplier sends you the extra cashback and you'll still get the £30 from us.0 -
I have also switched energy supplier via the energyclub & was promised £30 cashback via Moneysupermarket. It's been around 19 weeks now since I switched & still no cashback. I have used the email links provided by MSE & Moneysupermarket who advised I would be sent a cheque for some reason rather than pay the cash into my account. That was several weeks ago & I have still not received cashback. I have emailed again but they ignore my emails. What a great advert for a consumer based organisation, to indicate the offer of cashback for switching via Moneysupermarket then renege on the offer after switching. The advertised offer of cashback is obviously spurious & misleading. Martin Lewis talks a good game but fails to deliver.0

I'll haul this one back as there are too many others about MSE cashback to read through them all.
I've just switched and don't expect cashback yet. What I'm asking about is that the only place I entered any bank account details was switch info for the new provider - is that account used for cashback or am I supposed to enter the account details somewhere else as I can't see where and the FAQ just say "you get the dosh paid into your account".0
