    Can I ask you something?

My buyers are in AST until september too, but i've pushed completion for the 24th June.

Why did you choose to look for a buy when you had so long left on your AST? (i know everyone reasons will be different, but would be good to have a case for it)

I choose to move I might have to pay at two places rent+mortgage but I am ok with it. I am not going to hold the sale process just for 2 months of rent. Ethically if i have committed I will go ahead with it no matter what. Just cant wait for this all to finish.

This conversation makes things a lot more clearer for me, thanks a lot for your comments, I now am sure that we will just go through the draft today and sign it and then set the exchange and completion date. I think my solicitor will ask me to send the funds to him in a few days and then we will be ready for exchange provided all the dates and other conditions are ok for me and the seller.
